Had a diagnosis on my car that was not charging the battery. Diagnosis was the alternator and the battery were bad. Estimated cost approx. $1200. I had already purchased a new battery. Got second opinion. Alternator was bad. Battery was good. Got vehicle repaired for <$400. Thought price was excessive and diagnosis was partially bad.

Chad and johnny we're extremely nice. Chad did explain things Very To me. I wasn't expecting it all the things that were wrong. I knew there was going to be some stuff But not everything. I did not know that stuff got posted to carfax that I wished. I would have known but I do understand why people use carfax.
We had great service and appreciate the time taken to fix our car!
