The team at Dale’s was quick, honest and helpful. Took my car in for an issue with my headlights and for their free safety inspection, and when they found out there was a problem with my transmission, they offered to keep the car for another day and fix it instead of making me schedule another appointment. They were also very respectful and helped me to understand my cars issues instead of being condescending- a tip other mechanics could learn from! All in all, I can’t think of any reason I would go to a different mechanic in the Quad Cities. Given that I drive a Wrangler, I’ll inevitably be back in the near future!

Got my Jeep Cherokee in and out for maintenance in one day. Reasonably priced, honest, thorough (pictures included in your inspection report!), and great customer service! We just moved to the quad cities, and we will definitely be back to Dale's!
