They added photos to show me what they were talking about. Tested my fluids for me. Gave me honest opinion about my van. He could have fixed some issues and I would have been back later.

My car was making a horrible noise as I backed up from a parking space when I was in Davenport. I am from a nearby city and was not familiar with any car repair shops or whether I needed to call a tow truck etc. I asked someone from the area for a recommendation and they said to call and see if Dale's could help me. I took a photo of what I thought my issue was, called the repair shop, after talking to Chad from the shop, I sent him the 2 photo's, he said it was ok to drive although it would make some noise, so he gave me their address, I drove there and it was fixed in a very short time. I am so appreciative of his help, friendliness and willingness to fix it right away. Thank you Dale's Service Center!

Communication from start to finish was excellent. There wasn't a typical upsale of work I didnt need. Provided me a decent loaner free of charge while work was being performed. Very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles to them going forward.

As much as it’s possible to have a pleasant experience at an auto mechanic shop when your car is down, I had one here. I don’t mind paying a fair price, I am just concerned about honesty of my mechanic. And I left the auto shop here feeling like I had finally found an honest mechanic that will treat me right. Thank you for the experience. I will be back again if I have the need.

This was the best experience I have had with a repair shop. Jason was totally upfront with me and explained service, plus gave me options on what was totally necessary. I appreciate the guys for helping me and making me feel like Ms Daisy..carrying me home and returning me to get my car. I recommend this shop to everyone. Fast and courteous from beginning to end. Knowledgeable, respectful and prompt!!! A+ service when the dealer couldn’t get my car in for Warranty service for over a week; Dale’s to the rescue. I had a few ideas of what could be leaking but the experts found something simple. Gained a lot of trust from me and I think I found my new service center.
