I was to several shops, one had my truck for two weeks looking for my starter issues with no luck. Dale’s Service Center found it right away and fixed the issue. I was so impressed I asked them to check out what else was wrong with my truck they gave me a detailed list with pictures and videos. After agreeing to have everything fixed my truck runs like new. Finally real professionals, I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thanks

If you're reading this, you're probably need something fixed and trying to figure out if Dale’s Service Center is the real deal. Here's your answer: YES. My A/C went out, and I expected the usual hassle: chasing down updates, dealing with warranty reps, getting hit with surprise costs. But Dale’s handled everything—quickly, clearly, and with zero stress. They contacted my extended warranty company, filed the claim on my behalf, and got the repair approved without me having to lift a finger. That alone was a huge win. On top of that, the final bill was exactly what they said it would be—no games, no surprises, and they even applied a coupon without being reminded. That kind of integrity is rare. Throughout the process, I was kept in the loop. Jason and the team sent real-time updates and quotes through an easy-to-use digital system. I could review everything from my phone, approve services, and even see photos from the techs so you knew they where not making things up. It felt like how auto service should be in 2025. I also asked for a quote on routine maintenance—brake fluid, diff fluid, plugs, etc.—and they followed up quickly, broke everything down clearly, and let me decide with no pressure. This place just gets it. Friendly, honest, efficient, and professional from start to finish. If you’re anywhere near Davenport, Iowa and want a shop that treats you with respect and takes pride in doing things the right way, Dale’s is worth every penny.

Ended up stuck on the side of the road. Had car towed to Dale’s. Chad and everyone were friendly, fair and honest. If I lived in the area this would be my go to shop for all auto repairs!

Seem to be a great place lots of knowledge. But a couple days later after the water pump I had a water hose leak on the upper radiator hose spend a few hours on the highway then notice that the fan shroud was broke. 1400$$ later and an extra 5 hours on the highway. We made it home.

Tim and Chad have taken great care of my cars and trucks for many years. I tried numerous Quad Cities auto repair shops prior to Dales but none compared to the level of service, expertise and professionalism found at Dales Service Center. Most highly recommended!

Class act auto service. Talked with me all the way through my vehicle service. It is an old trucks and they were happy to discuss the must haves and what items have time to fix. I am happy with how the truck runs and the speed of their service. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your auto service needs.
