Tim has been working in the family business since 1996 and purchased Dale’s in 2007. He has a BA degree in business management and many other automotive certifications. Tim enjoys bow hunting, camping and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.

Dick is enjoying retirement, golfing, fishing and spending time with his granddaughters.
ADAM ROBINSON
Auto Technician
Adam has an associate's degree in Automotive Technology and many other automotive certifications. He has over 20 years of experience working on all makes and models. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Also, he is an avid gun collector, loves hunting and is a die-hard Chicago Bears fan.
CHAD JACKS
Service Manager
Chad is BG certified in brake, transmission, power steering and A/C. He has 22 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. He loves spending time with his wife and 3 children. He loves great movies and attending sports events such as Chicago Cubs and Bears games.
Andrew Baldwin
Auto Technician
Andrew started working at Dale's right before he graduated from high School in 2018. He went through the West High Industrial Technology Automotive Program. He enjoys working on his car and playing video games in his spare time.

Jason has worked in the automotive repair industry for over 20 years in Davenport. In his free time, he likes to garden and camp with his girlfriend.
Brady Riessen

Brady is a Davenport Central High School graduate. After high school, Brady attended the Universal Technical Institute in Rancho Cucamonga, California, where he earned a 4.0 grade point average with highest honors . After graduating, Brady came back with his degree and started his career with Dale's Service Center. Brady immediately was a great fit and is always up to a challenge. Brady's eagerness to learn and do quality work is exactly what Dale's Service Center stands for. Fun facts about Brady. Brady has been to every major league baseball stadium in the country.
