Tim has been working in the family business since 1996 and purchased Dale’s in 2007. He has a BA degree in business management and many other automotive certifications. Tim enjoys bow hunting, camping and spending time with his wife and 3 daughters.
DICK SHAFFER
Co-Owner and Certified Technician
Dick has been working on vehicles since 1973, He purchased Dale’s in 1977 and converted it from a full service gas station into an auto repair center shortly after. Dick enjoys fishing, golfing and spending time with his 3 granddaughters.
ADAM ROBINSON
Automotive Technology Associate Degree Technician
Adam has an associate's degree in Automotive Technology and many other automotive certifications. He has over 20 years of experience working on all makes and models. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Also, he is an avid gun collector, loves hunting and is a die-hard Chicago Bears fan.
CHAD JACKS
Service Writer and Service Manager
Chad is BG certified in brake, transmission, power steering and A/C. He has 22 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. He loves spending time with his wife and 3 children. He loves great movies and attending sports events such as Chicago Cubs and Bears games.
Andrew Baldwin
Technician
Andrew started working at Dale's right before he graduated from high School in 2018. He went through the West High Industrial Technology Automotive Program. He enjoys working on his car and playing video games in his spare time.
Jason McFarland
Service Advisor
Jason has worked in the automotive repair industry for over 20 years in Davenport. In his free time, he likes to garden and camp with his girlfriend.
