We took our car in to get an alignment. They refused to do it without new struts. They said it would be $1500. Funny thing is we got new struts 20,000 miles ago. Charged us $50 for their opinion and refusal to do the job. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion and as we suspected, our struts are still in great condition. Talked to two other separate people who had similar situations with them. This is not an honest shop.

The friendly service is most attractive part of Dale's. It is hard to beat friendliness. I can find lower prices but I always feel better when I leave Dale's. They do a great job of inspection also included in an oil change.

Dales took the time out of their very busy schedule to help us get two of our service trucks back on the road. It would have been easy for them to tell us they were too busy, but they didn't!!!! This company will go above and beyond for you!!! 5 stars

Dale's was able to help me get my SAU daughter's disabled car towed & repaired in a five hour time frame. They also helped with finanacing this unexpected expense. The staff was friendly, kept me informed & their rates were comparable with pricing scales I found on the internet. Dale's informed me of other repairs that should be done but didn't push me into fixing them. (Since these issues have popped up in the past I didn't feel like I was being milked with false claims). To top it all off; Dale's phoned a week later to make the car was performing well. I'm thrilled to know that I have a trustworthy repair service I can contact next time my daughter's car glitches while she is away from home.

Had a problem with my auto on my way home to southern Illinois on a Sunday evening. Called Dales on Monday morning and they got me in right away and fixed my vehicle. This place was excellent to work with and would highly recommend them.

I have always been fearful of auto mechanic shops as I have always felt like I was getting over charged for half ass work. For the first time ever this was completely opposite!! These guys are knowledgeable, hi tech, fast and competively priced!! It's almost too good to be true!! Someone please wake me up! I am actually mad that I didn't know about these guys for the last 20 years! How are these guys not a major nationwide business with their exceptional job?? My car works great and I am no longer afraid the next time my check engine light comes on.. I will take it immediately to these guys! Thank you for being awesome!
