I have used many service shops in my day and it's always the same thing... questioning if I'm really getting a good deal or if they really know what they are talking about. The front counter and mechanic were great! They provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! My car was still clean when I picked it up! Most service places return your vehicle with some funk on your steering wheel & armrest, not Dale's! I will keep bringing my Volvo to them as long as I own it! They even took pictures and pointed out some issues with a past oil change! THANK YOU again for the outstanding service!
