Staff was very helpful, thorough inspection of repairs needed and received vehicle before projected date

Was charge for a service which wasn’t able to be done, but the inspection was completed and the customer service was great.

Good garage that isn’t going to rip you off or charge/do work for stuff you didn’t approve of beforehand. They communicate on estimated times, I was never left guessing. They are not the cheapest shop in town but they will do you right. They even provided me with a loaner car so I could continue to get to work easily with my car in the shop 😇 Jason was my favorite and most common contact but I have no doubts that the whole crew is great 😊 they even calmly handled me when I was distraught

Always a pleasure doing business with the staff at Dales Service Center. Even when you get bad news on your vehicle. Extremely respectful, courteous and go above the call of duty !!! I’m grateful I found them !!! My decreased husband was a great mechanic. I haven’t had to worry about my vehicles in 34 years until 2 years ago when he passed away. Luckily enough I found Dales Service. I shave complete trust with all the employees !!! Thank you very much Dales !!!

Okay I did have Dale's marked as five star in my I ain't very happy for having to work done on my 2004 Dodge Dakota had to have the y-pipe a brand new one with the catalytic converter plus a tune-up that they charge me $700 and something dollars so now with the two jobs that they did I paid over $4,000 for the jobs to be done and they didn't even know being certified mechanics and being rated as one of the better mechanics I found them online and went to them they was nice they did give me a loaner car that's why I rated them as a two but then caught my truck on fire the whole fender well was melted from the torch cutting off The Fringe on the tailpipe that connected to the manifold but to be certified knowing the USAC certified then you should know that you would have to have a new manifold on the side that came loose from the motor I told him I wasn't really worried about the fender well being melted but they could at least have the common courtesy to let me know that they caught my truck on fire and they're trying to say I have no I'm lack of proof of evidence that they caught it on fire but come on I would have had to callcuz my truck would probably filled up with smoke and I would have definitely had to get out of it and come on you guys I would like you guys to leave comments on what you think about this because all they need to do is get a manifold and put it on here free of charge because I paid over $4,000 in my truck still has an exhaust leak they gave me a diagnostic test for $179 I know you can get one free at AutoZone or somewhere but I know that's a little different than a complete diagnostic but it came up they told me exhaust leak of course it's going to say that because it was broke loose from the manifold well guess what my engine light is still on once they fix my front tire supposably change the valve stem and guess what my truck still my tire goes flat every night I had to put air in it every day before I can even leave so let me what you guys think about this and give me some reviews maybe if I get enough they will do this right they have a nice big shot they get good ratings but why it happened to me because I'mon disability social security because of my back about to have to have surgery for the third time now they're going to put the electoral shock treatment in planted into my spine and the little box it has to be put in my bag doesn't sound like fun but have talked to a couple people that knows people that had it done and they loved it so I hope that's my case but more likely not because it never ends up that way so please help me out you guys oh yeah and just wanted to say the little holes instead of them getting me a new one cuz I had to get a tune up and they also wanted me to change my air filter which my air filter I seen a note in my air box that said this filter never has to be changed and they did that the duct tape my plastic pipe that a cracked and really look like crap I will take another picture and show you once I got home I did I got another Dodge Dakota sitting in my driveway

Dale's Service Center provided a wonderful experience. The staff and repairs were all top notch and of the highest quality. They tailored the repairs to my budget and got the job done on time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Professional and willing to do anything to get car running Again. Very courteous and listens to what you have to say about your car. AND gave me a loaner to use. Great people and a great place for your car!
