Took the car in for an oil change and was offered a loaner vehicle. While in service they found a screw in the tire and repaired the tire without having to replace it. Very pleased with customer service and quality!

My truck was running horribly so I took it into a local shop they told me it was bad head gaskets, a 1800$ job. I couldn’t afford that so I took my truck and was contemplating scrapping it to get a cheap vehicle. Then I read all the positive reviews for Dales and took my truck over there. From the second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. They got my truck in quick and sent me a WONFERFUL app that shows your everything on your vehicle that needs fixed and in order of importance. The transparency they provide and the honesty to only fix what is absolutely needed is great for a young guy on a budget. In the end they found out it wasn’t my head gaskets and got my truck running great for a Fraction of the price of the other shop. I’ve been to tons of shops from small shops to big national shops like mieneke and these guys are hands down the most friendly, honest, professional shop I have used. As long as I live in the qc I will be using these guys.

I always feel that my van is in good hands at Dale's. With a fresh oil change, tire rotation, and safety inspection, I will drive confidently. I was made aware of services needed at my next oil change, so I know what expenses I can prepare for.

Got me right in and next day the car was done. Then they called to make sure I'm happy with it. Extremely informative, friendly and helpful. Definitely would go back!

Have always had fantastic service at Dale’s and recommend this service center to anyone with a vehicle.

They got me started on repairs immediately as a walk in, and even better - gave me a loaner car for the day. My car got a full inspection, they sent a link direct to my phone that showed all inspection areas complete with photos of things that needed work - even samples of what my fluids looked like! Really cool - I've never been to a shop that used this technology. This gave me a little time to look it over, then about 15 minutes later a tech called to discuss findings further and, because I am on a budget, gave me honest advice about how to prioritize my repairs. They are awesome.

As usual I had a wonderful experience with Dale”s. My issues were fixed in timely manner at reasonable price and they had a loaner car for me! I love this place.

Great service. Was in Davenport from out of town and needed a set of tires within a few hours. They located quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and had the tires changed, replaced, and aligned earlier than promised. Pricing was competitive and great customer service, they even assisted with delivery. Highly recommend!
