Was in area for a golf trip when car wouldn't start. After calling one other place and was turned away Dale's told me they was booked but would squeeze me in. They even gave me a loaner car while they had mine. Not only did they squeeze me in but they had me up and running by the end of the day. Very courteous and caring to your issues. Wish they was closer to me I would definitely recommend and would use again.

Highly recommend! Everyone here is so friendly, when I talked with them it was like talking with someone I’ve known for years! They did a difficult job that could have cost me hundreds more but were able to do it without any problems and in a very timely manner! Will definitely return with any future needs and recommend to anyone who asks! Thanks again guys, you’ve made my day!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We are not from the Quad Cities but my sons car broke down on the side of the road on his way back to college. We picked these guys randomly and we could not have been more satisfied. They were wonderful to deal with. Extremely communicative at all times. The report they sent along with photos was amazing. The only thing I’m sad about is that they are not in my area so that I can use them whenever we have trouble! They were wonderful!!!

Good service with honest people.👍 I have known Chad for over 20 years he is my go to man. I would never hesitate to go back. It was for an older model car and some of the news is not what I wanted to Is hear but they told me what was in urgent need and what could wait.

My wife had her brakes serviced at the largest area dealership. A few days later she heard a noise and took her vehicle back. The dealership service center said she needed all of her rotors replaced on her four year old, low mileage Lexus. Dale's have her a loaner, did a full inspection and found no repairs were indicated. Honesty and integrity is what I value most about the mechanics at Dale's!
