When I proposed another solution, they turned down the opportunity to make more money. They’ve earned my trust and business.
Vaden thank you for taking the time to write this review. We like to look at your vehicle and any customers vehicle and make a plan. Once we listen to your concern we focus on that, the goal is to fix that problem and then make sure that problem is 100% fixed before we move onto things that may in fact may be due but should be put off to the side until that main concern is fixed. They explain everything they are going to do and give an estimate and oftentimes the estimate is greater in cost and it ends up not costing as much! We trust them! We love having the cars available to use while ours are being worked on, or the ride home if that is chosen. Keep up the great work! 🙂

Google review 3/27/2020I have been to Dales a few times now and each time, everyone acted very professionally and they were very friendly and caring. I like how pictures are taken to actually show what's going on with the vehicle during inspection. No problems whatsoever from these guys and I will continue to come here for vehicle repairs in the future👍
