I heard about Dale's through Facebook and saw all the great reviews and decided to take my car there for a new muffler. They sure lived up to my expectations. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly from the start. I received my estimate and part ordered in a timely manner!. It was well explained and they kept me informed throughout. As an added plus, they provided a loaner car while mine was being repaired- very helpful! Thanks for the great service Chad, Johnny, and staff! Will recommend!

Very professional, I was going to cancel my appointment because I was at work and unable to leave. Cancelled on line, received a call within a couple minutes that they could pick the vehicle up. Picked up and delivered the vehicle back to my job.

The team at Dale’s did an outstanding job on a major issue with my vehicle. They found the issue, diagnosed it, discussed an approach with me, and talked me through the costs. When I proposed another solution, they turned down the opportunity to make more money. They’ve earned my trust and business.
