Google review 7/19/2020I was very pleased with the service that I received and the complete check of the vehicle.
We called Dale’s on the way into the Quad-Cities from Madison late Thursday afternoon, to see if there was any way they could get us in the next day for an A/C repair. Johnny answered the phone and was so helpful! He assured me they would take a look at it first thing the next day. We could drop it off and they would do their best to have it fixed and us back on the road home Friday afternoon. Chad & Joe met us Friday morning to assess the issue. Joe was right on it. Chad was so professional. As a team, they were THE best auto service center I have encountered in the last 20 years. It was my Mom’s old ‘95 Chevy van and they had the A/C part fixed before noon on Friday. Stellar service, honest and knowledgeable staff! Plus just down right cool guys! 👍🏼 Thanks again, Eva & Susan
