Everything.....Chad and the rest of the guys r extremely knowledgeable and got us in pretty much at almost a moments notice, which we r very grateful for. They let you know exactly what is going on at all times and to top it all off, they're extremely efficient. Love you guys and thank you so much for repairing our pickup so quickly. These guys are also very reasonable in price compared to others that just want to see how much they can pull out of you; but not Dale's and we truly couldn't ask for a better group of guys. The team at Dales are awesome!! Had a hard to dx issue on my car. Had to go back 2 days in a row. They took care of me and my car from the start. By having Chad as my service advisor, I learned a couple things too!! Thank to you all!!!

100 stars!!! I have been to Dale's for every single problem I've had with my cars over the years (there have been many) and I would never take my car anywhere else. They are always very honest and explain to me in great detail what the problems are and if they are urgent or if I can hold off getting them fixed due to the expensive nature of the problem. I am a student, and they've given me numerous student discounts which have been so wonderful. Everyone also speaks to me in terms that I understand (because I know nothing) and really take their time helping me and making sure I understand everything. I have received a loaner car every time I ask for one, and the cars that I've been given have been very clean and are a treat to drive. If you're looking to bring your car to an inexpensive place with extremely knowledgeable, courteous, kind, and hardworking staff - then Dale's is the place for you!

They did an amazing job working with me. I personally do not know a lot about cars but they made sure that my needs were met and above my needs they also provided adequate photos and information on what my car needed and how they were going to fix it! I would 100% go back again.

Very pleasant experience.

These guys were great. They asked if I needed a loan vehicle for the day which is something unique. I referred my mother to them and they worked with her to make sure she got her car fixed and it was something she could afford. I will be taking my vehicles for as long as I can.

They are phenomenal. I have been going there for 8 years and have always been completely satisfied with their work. Courteous, helpful, and share full details, with photos of work that's needed.
