I had a good experience with DALE'S they got my truck in rite away even though they where busy, they had the truck a little longer than anticipated but they called and gave me an update everyday they had the truck and didn't work on anything until they talked to me I would defiantly recommend them to anyone

The front counter and mechanic were great! They provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! My car was still clean when I picked it up! Most service places return your vehicle with some funk on your steering wheel & armrest, not Dale's! I will keep bringing my Volvo to them as long as I own it! They even took pictures and pointed out some issues with a past oil change! THANK YOU again for the outstanding service!
