Awesome service. I love that they were very professional and caring at the same time. They informed me of what they were doing and why. Also very patient while talking to someone (myself) who doesn't know much about vehicles. I will definitely will continue to be a customer.

Tim (Owner of Dale's) and his staff are amazing. They are very prompt and are also knowledgeable about all makes of vehicles. I have been taking my vehicles to Dale's since 1995. Family owned business that cares about the community. I recently took my vehicle to Tim's team and they gave me the best deal. Not the most expensive. When you take your vehicle into to be checked, they will give you a full service report with detailed write ups and pictures with recommends for your vehicle. I have never seen this before at any automotive center. This allows me to prioritize what I would like to have done. FULL TRANSPARENCY. Hard to find these days. They also have a car loaner program. When my vehicle is being worked on, I can utilize a loaner car. This helps me manage my hectic schedule. The staff at Dale's are trustworthy and dependable.
