I took my Chevy Traverse to Dale's Service Center to diagnose a problem with my SUV. They got me in quick and got me an answer quickly with what was wrong even though they had a couple technicians out.

Very nice people. Also very timely with the repairs. Love how thorough they are checking to see what is wrong with the car.

Took my car in for just an oil change and was surprised they did a full inspection. I knew it had some issues, but now I know exactly what they are and how much it will cost. Thanks guys!

Our turn signal fell of randomly on the highway and they helped us find the part at another place and installed it in the same day. Great quick service, very helpful and friendly

While driving to a friend's wedding, out driver side signal light flew off on the highway. We needed to get it fixed quickly and Dales Auto was able not only to direct us to find the specific part, but fix it immediately for no charge. Truly some of the best service I've ever received. So kind, thoughtful, and helpful!

My 2014 Escape with 46,000 miles came up with “transmission fault, fix now” message. I took it to the dealer and set up an appointment with Dale’s for a 2nd opinion. The dealership was not acting fairly about the problem. Dales went above and beyond to get me a $2000 warranty credit from when I had the transmission flushed (at the dealer). They also gave me a loaner car. Dale’s is the only place I’ll go to for any car maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend Dale’s!

Thankful for each person at this shop, so professional and courteous very well staffed not to mention the care they give for a customers vehicle I certainly appreciate their kindness in detail of work performance and attention they provide. I will not consider taking my vehicle to any other place for service. I will tell any individual that will listen to definitely stop by if they need any help and mechanical solutions I am confident they will be satisfied as I am with a humble heart I truly mean thank you very much you are all appreciated!
