Great job

Great service, I was 1000 miles from home and they got me in and out that day. I recommend this shop.

Woke up to an mostly flat tire on my work van…Limped to the nearby Casey only to find the air out of order. Stopped into Dales for help..Filled it up and located a screw lodged in the tread. Pulled it right in, repaired the tire, and I was on my way. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you guys for everything!

This was my first visit to Dale's and now I won't go anywhere else. Chad and Johnny were extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately they had to point out 2 different items that the dealership I previously trusted had broken and either didn't fix or fixed poorly all without telling me. So disheartening and frustrating! I am a very trusting person and I want to know that I am being treated with respect and not being lied to and I feel that with Dale's I have finally found that.They fixed me up with a loaner and kept in touch throughout the entire process. The print out of the repairs needed explains everything in detail so you know exactly what is needed and they helped me to decide what needs to be done first and what could wait. I recommend Dale's to everyone and going forward, no one else will ever touch my Jeep!
