They were very reliable and courteous!

I started going to Dales a little over a year ago for servicing my 74 corvette. This place is awesome, multiple way of getting you your quote and approval, and multiple ways of giving updates. Also from my last experience they’re very honest, they thought I needed a service done, they ordered the parts, started working on it, and called me saying everything looked good when they got more into it, saving me about 2K in parts and labor.

If I could give a 10 I would! This is the best experience I have ever had at any mechanic! My car was at a previous place and they took me just for my money. Johnny was excellent and explained everything to us. I loved that they could communicate with me via text and showed me pictures of everything. They will ALWAYS have my business now! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Your auto shop was the best I have ever worked with. Every person I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. The most impressive thing was that you were honest. I would highly recommend your business. Your service was excellent.

I brought my car to Dale's because my brakes were bad and my van drove horrible and I am so glad I did. My van drives as great as the day I bought it. Johnny was amazing and understood I worked night shift and communicated with me through text. I was also very appreciative that they had a loaner car for me to borrow so that I didn't have to miss a day of work. I also loved how they did a whole vehicle inspection and sent me pictures to actually show me what was wrong. I will definitely be using them again and referring my friends and family to them as well.
