If I could give a 10 I would! This is the best experience I have ever had at any mechanic! My car was at a previous place and they took me just for my money. Johnny was excellent and explained everything to us. I loved that they could communicate with me via text and showed me pictures of everything. They will ALWAYS have my business now! I brought my car to Dale's because my brakes were bad and my van drove horrible and I am so glad I did. My van drives as great as the day I bought it. Johnny was amazing and understood I worked night shift and communicated with me through text. I was also very appreciative that they had a loaner car for me to borrow so that I didn't have to miss a day of work. I also loved how they did a whole vehicle inspection and sent me pictures to actually show me what was wrong. I will definitely be using them again and referring my friends and family to them as well.

Good people here, been going here for few years they give detailed information about the service I needed and kept me informed while the work was getting done. They worked with me on my budget and have always been honest people and done honest work at a decent time.

I went to Dale's for the first time and recieved superior customer service from Chad and Johnny. From the initial conversation over the phone to coming inside. The fact that they are very thorough and honest, I really appreciated. The courtesy car they provided while my vehicle was getting serviced really made my day! I am grateful to have found my new repair shop. I had a great experience.
