I would highly recommend Dale’s Service Center. I had a strange noise coming from my muffler system. They gave me a correct diagnosis (different than the dealership) and even obtained authorization from our warranty company to proceed with work… excellent and professional service.

Even though I live in another town they helped my son out there and are truly honest reliable service people that I would recommend anyone go to. They are awesome! If ever I need any repairs done I would go to them again in an instant. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽☝️☝️☝️

We have been doing business with Dale's as far as I can remember. Kathy and I would not trust our vehicles maintenance or repair with anybody else. Always enjoy the respect and help that they have provided. You will not find a more knowledgeable group of service writers or techs in the QC. Always keep this in mine. Cost very from shop to shop. We trust our shop to take care of our vehicles and make sure they are safe. Tom & Kathy M

I have been going there for awhile now, my mom's car wasn't acting right, called them and they came and picked it up, checked it out, found the problem, kept us informed about what was going on. When it was finished they delivered it to us. They are very friendly and keep you informed.

Very overpriced and dishonest in my experience. Tried to charge me $1600 to replace a driveshaft on a Jeep that I did for $135 in 30 min. Also tried to charge my sister $1600 to replace camshaft sensors on a Nissan that I ended up fixing for $120 in 20 min. Will charge you $175 just to “diagnose” (i.e.,read codes). They said they needed to remove intake to access sensors, but you can reach them both from the back without taking any engine parts off. Safe to say I’m not taking any more vehicles to them, and I won’t be recommending Dale’s Auto to anyone.
