Google review 12/21/2022Daughter took her car there because they offered warranty work and she had engine codes. Payed for diagnostic testing to determine the codes were causes by an EGR valve leak built into valve cover. Few months later engine light returned for a previous related code to the valve cover. They took time to diagnose issue wasn't related to previous fix but was a code thought to be alleviated by the valve cover - catalyst issue. After talking with rep agreed this issue was unrelated to work performed earlier. Thanks for getting her car in and out quickly so she could travel for holidays before the polar blast.

I was taken care of from the start by picking my car up and dropping my car off to me at the end. Customer service was fantastic and for my situation the price was more than fair. I will be using them again.
Google review 12/8/2022I had my vehicle repaired at Dale's. Chad was who I worked with primarily and Johnny also assisted me. They were the most pleasurable mechanics I've ever done business with. They were very welcoming and they were very patient and understanding with my situation. I will always recommend anyone who needs services to Dale's shop. I am officially a lifetime customer. I will not be taking my car to any other shop to have repairs done. The customer service and work they have done for me is beyond outstanding. Dale's get a 100% top rating from me.
